Jotform not working since I changed to secure url.

    At first, we got PDF files in our Dropbox that would not open, now we just had someone come in and say that they completed the form but I have absolutely no record of it anywhere! This has just been since we changed to the secure.jotform type links. I tried changing the links back to regular links as currently used automatically under the "Embed" option, but I'm worried that that's not the correct fix. Any wisdom?


    Update: I just tested it out with the update link URL, I got the PDF ok, but the e-mail I received was just jumbled HTML language.

    Thank you for reporting.

    May we know if you are using email clients such as Eudora, MS Outlook, etc?  Are there supposed to be attachments in your email notificaiton?

    Also, are there any existing issues with your first question such as not receiving data after someone made a submission via SSL?
