How can I make it so the buyer pays the PayPal fee not the seller?

    It is against paypal's terms of service to ask they buyer to pay the fee, so if you want them to cover it, you'll need to work it into your base price rather than adding 'paypal fee' to your invoice or you could be reported and your account shut down.

    So take the cost of your item and add 3.5% + 35 cents to it and you'll be covered.

    how do you get this suggested calculation to occur in the form.  The customer enters the invoice amount, then there is a calculation to add a set online payment fee to achieve a total that the customer sees before they pay?
