    Hi mhiggin,

To confirm, you would like the fee that is charged to you for the transaction to be charged to your customer and not to your account?

There is no option to automatically apply the charges to the buyer, since the charges are made to your PayPal account after the transaction has been completed.

The fee would have to be applied to the price of your product on your order form.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need additional assistance.

It is against paypal's terms of service to ask they buyer to pay the fee, so if you want them to cover it, you'll need to work it into your base price rather than adding 'paypal fee' to your invoice or you could be reported and your account shut down.

So take the cost of your item and add 3.5% + 35 cents to it and you'll be covered.

how do you get this suggested calculation to occur in the form.  The customer enters the invoice amount, then there is a calculation to add a set online payment fee to achieve a total that the customer sees before they pay?
