Why is my profile still saying "Free account?" when I paid for the Premium Option?

    Hi, this afternoon I paid for a monthly subscription of $9.99 for the Premium Account, yet it still says its the free one and its going to shut down my form. Can you please stop this from happening and properly upgrade my account? If there's any discount you could give me as well I would appreciate it. Thanks, all the best!

    You have clicked on an upgrade link which is not working anymore. I think you've found it through this forum. The payment then went through, but you've made it to an incorrect account. I've fixed it for you. Your account is now on the Premium level. Please kindly logout/login to see the changes.
