It seems that some people that asks questions on this forum get a response, others do not. Why?
My form is not working correctly, through no fault of my own. Other people have received a response. Others haven't. I don't know what the criteria is to get support.
The "free" version shouldn't be entitled to much support perhaps, but the free version was represented as reliable and I staked my business on it, and I am now losing revenue.
If I have to pay for support, let me know. I will gladly pay to get this service back up and running.

Sorry for the length of time it took us to respond to your query.
We process the cases in a first in first out queue. As much as possible
we try to respond to all posts within less than a 24 hours even better
I already have answered your issue on your separate post.
