    Hello,

    For some reason, my jotform account was deactivated due to phishing activity. I am not sure why exactly it happened! Can you please let me know what i can do to resolve my problem! my user id is munir1992. Thank you.

    I see that the account is autosuspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I have verified your forms and they seems to be normal and clean. I have activated your account and you should be able to see your forms now. Sorry for the trouble caused.
