Why has my form has been disabled?

Hi,

For some reason, our system identified the jotform as being used for phishing and as such, automatically suspended your account. However, from what I can tell from Google Translate (I don't know Arabic) and examining the jotform's submissions (which appear to be just tests you ran) the form is not being used in that manner.

I have reactivated your account and whitelisted the jotform.
