I can't fill the form on a iPad

Hi,

I make a form for the website

www.rechtstreeksuitfabriek.be >> click on "Vraag een gratis offerte"

the form don't work on the iPad

and is OK on a iMac.

 

What's wrong ?

I tested with different possibilities and don't work on the iPad

Now, it's placed with an iFrame

I was able to see the problem when I test the jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42813293289361 in your website 

 

the form was not interactive or not working when I tried submitting. 

But using the direct URL http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42813293289361 work just fine.

Can you please retry first re-embedding the form into your website using its iframe embed code instead.

Please try this and inform us if this makes the difference or not.

Hi Jonathan,
I tested the different possibilities again,
but the form does'nt work on my iPad Mini with system 8.1
it works perfectly on my iPhone.
My client works with an iPad, and it also does' nt work.
What can I do to work this form on an iPad?

I found the error :
it's was the hover text,
the text lines were too long and could not be displayed on the screen.
Now, I make 3 lines and everything works, also on an iPad (???)

I can confirm it is now working on ipad browser.

I test using the website  and I was now able to use the form and click on Next page.
