Radio option field with fill in blank optionAsked by salrisser on November 16, 2014 at 01:10 AM
Is there a way to add (fill in the blank spaces) within radio button, or check box fields? An example is below. I would like there to be fields where it currently says Bride and Groom, that allow the bride and groom put their names in.
Thank you ahead of time for your assistance.
Unfortunately there is no such combination of fields.
What I suggest you can use instead is a combination of Radio or Checkbox field + Narrative Widget.
Check Narrative Widget here http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/narrative_fields
So, you have to use them separately. You can just position the Radio/Checkbox on top, and below is the Narrative Widget with a fill-in blank option.
