Able to click Next with an empty Required field/widgetAsked by drjax on November 16, 2014 at 02:51 AM
In my Adult Intake Form, at the bottom of Medical History page, the "Next" button does not act like others. For some reason it must be double clicked to advance to the next page. Please help me solve this dilemma.
I was able to see this issue on your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42919476098167
It was due to the Configurable List Widget being set as a *Required field
To fix the issue, set the widget to Not Required
Unfortunately, this is a glitch. So it needs to be fixed first by our dev team for it to work properly.
If you set the widget to be a *Required field, then the user must answer it first on the first time before they can move to Next page.
The glitch is, you can bypass the required widget if you click again on the Next button without answering the Required question.
I will submit a bug report to our higher team support so that this can be check immediately.
We will notify you once we have update on this.
