    Auto populated field is not updated to reflect change from numeric to text

    if the customer goes back and changes the original field value from a numeric to text, the auto populated field is not updated to reflect this change

    Hi JamAcorns,

    You currently have a calculation field for your "Pitch 1" field. You would not have to use a calculation field with the condition in place, a text box can be used.

    However, if you would like to use the calculation field, you would need to edit the current calculation that has been set in the field. Your calculation is currently being viewed to be displayed as a number. You would need to edit it to calculate text values.

    To edit the field, please select the field and click on the gear icon and select calculation. You would then click the "pitchType49" and change it from 0 - 9 to a - z. Please see the screenshot below:

    The field will now accept numeric and text inputs. Please see the screenshot below:
