    Attachments do not get sent to Dropbox

    I have set this up where people are paying to upload 3 attachment images to my dropbox account. In sandbox mode, all looks good except that the attachments do not get sent to dropbox. Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    You need to integrate also the jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42491236310143  to Dropbox.

       Obviously, I did that. The dropbox integration works without the Stripe payment system integrated as well, but once I added Stripe... dropbox no longer worked. I even started from scratch. I then switched to Googledrive and no problem. Everything works great. There is clearly a problem with the Stripe/Dropbox combo.

    Thank you for the clarification and I apologize for my blunder.

    But I think the combo should work just fine.

    Can you please try making the payment option in your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42491236310143 non-required? 

    This way we can test submit and check if the test uploaded files will also go to your Dropbox account.

    I could not do a test on your form at this time because it requires the payment.

    I did made a test on my end using a cloned of your jotform.

     

    in my Dropbox account, I can see the uploaded images after successfully submitting the form.

     

     

    Can you please retry also the re-integration process to Dropbox? Perhaps it was glitched the previous time and did not get connected properly.
