I've had multiple Clients that said they paid me through filling out the registration designed through Jotform but I have not received any payment. I need a representative to contact me immediately regarding this matter. I manually push the registration forms through and yet and still I haven't received payment. after submission, I was able to reach the Paypal payment screen
I did not pursue the payment process anymore. This will mean that my submission will end up in your form's Incomplete Payment Inbox.

Please check if the submission of those who claimed to have registered/paid using your jotform is just in the Incomplete Payment inbox.
If the form respondent did completed the payments in Paypal, then the transaction should be recorded in your paypal account.
Inform us if issue persist.
