Do you mean to say that the calculation and payment does not work for you in IE?
It should work with IE too. I did cloned the form #43182090565959 shared by my colleague and it seems to work as expected in IE. Please check the screenshot below:
Do get back to us with the IE version number with which you are having this issue with and we will take a look. Have you embedded this form in your web page? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.

Yes, you are correct. Since I never use IE, to test I simply clicked on the IE icon on my laptop without checking the version. Turns out the version is old (8). I tried with newer version and the form looks fine. Thank you for your help!
What kind of screen cast software are you using? I'd like to check it out in order to send screen casts to others.

I personally use GifCam but I'm not sure if he uses it too. Either way, I'm sure that he'll reply you back if he uses a different software.
