How do I make a form to fit on mobile devices.

On our website, www.thetristateatvclub.com, the club membership form shows up well on a mobile devide, however I cannot get the Jamboree Registration or the Jamboree Sponsorship Payment form to format to a mobile device.  Is it possible to have these show in a usable format on a mobile device?

Hello Mavis,

It seems you are using wix which anyways requires you to embed form using its iFrame embed code. You should make your forms "Mobile Responsive" by enabling it from your form's preferences tab. Please check the screenshot below:

Once your enable the responsive property of your form preferences, it should adjust the width of your form fields based on the mobile device .
