Upload field is not working on Windows Phone

When I click on browse to upload file from my HTS phone it does not allow me to browse anything as above and

please help.

So to my understanding your first issue is that your upload field isn't working on your jotform?

I looked through the page url you shared with us and found a jotform here which had a upload widget on it if that is the correct jotform?

I tested this on my Mobile Device and the upload field is working from my end. If you look at my screenshot below you can see it has a validated image of the attachment. The only difference on my end is that it doesn't appear as the drag and drop because of the mobile device being used.

Are you able to make it that far or no? 

Or is it losing the image after you try to submit it from your jotform?

When you are having issues with your jotforms it is usually because of a conflict between the site and your jotform because the scripts are interfering with one another. So in these cases it is best to try an iframe instead which negates it.
