Problem sending email

    Hola, la función de enviar un correo electrónico después de llenar el formulario funcionó perfectamente hasta hoy.

    Puedo recuperar los datos perfectos en servidor jotfrom, pero luego no las reenvía correo electrónico.

    Hi,

    Can you please tell us what jotform do you have issues with?

    I took a look at the "Clone of Clone of Envio y Impresion" and I see that it is based on conditions and sometimes if you do not meet all conditions that could be the reason why the emails were not sent.

    In the other jotform "Presupuestos", I took a look and from what I can see the sender email is not set properly which would explain why the notification for that jotform are not sent.

    Do let us know the jotform with the issue and the submissions that were not sent and we would be able to check them for you to see what was the reason for this.
