How can I transfer a form from a subaccount to the main account?

I created a form using my subaccount, however, I need for it to be a main form underneath my supervisor's account.  What is the best way to facilitate this transfer? cloning? sharing?

If you clone the form you will have access to a copy of the form. But if you need to have access to the submissions the best option is to ask us to move the form for you. To do this please contact us from the account that owns the form, telling us which form and to which account do you want us to move it.
