    Hi,

I checked your form and it does have a different styling when you check the HTML code in that field.

I copied the HTML code and viewed it on my editor. You can see the styling of the HTML that under "Confidentiality", the fonts and styling are now different.

You can change the font and just copy the styles used in the other parts of the text.

I've cloned your form for testing purposes. You can check the edited live cloned form here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43204541138951

If that is the changed you are looking for, you can clone my form using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Yes, you put a small font size to the span and here is the guide on how to change the font size to your form.

Click Edit HTML, go to the bottom of the form click the HTML, highlight all your text and select Font Size on the dropdown list like the screenshot below.

    Click Edit HTML

    Click HTML
