Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I checked your account and saw close to 100 forms in your account. Don't worry, the forms are all intact. You may first try to clear your web browser cache and cookies and log out from your JotForm account. restart your browser, and log back in to your JotForm account to see your forms list.
