We have several cases where a new application has been submitted but we do not receive an email notification. Can you look into this serious issue for us?

After reviewing your account and a few of your forms, I am seeing that at least one of your form email notifications has not been setup correctly.
There is no recipient email included on this email notification, as such you would not get an email whenever there is a submissions on this specific form.
This was on the form "Training Programme Application Form"
