    Not receiving email notifications

    I work from at least 1 year with Jorform, and I've never had this problem.


    I see, that I have submissions in the Jotform system, but I haven´t received them by email, what's the matter?

    I checked your form and you are missing the sender name:

    This might be causing your email provider to block the messages for taking it as spam. I added Jotform as the sender and made a test submission.

    Can you please confirm if you received it?

    I changed the email adress and this fixed the issue, I received the messages pending with 4 or 5 hours delay

    Can you please clarify if you are still having issue?

    You are now able to received the Notification emails but they are delayed?

    I suggest you also add to your whitelist the JotMails IP addressed to expedite the authentication of the emails.
