Email Confirmation With Payment Form

    When a customer makes a payment using the payment form (particularly with Authorize.net) do they receive an email confirmation of the payment? If so, can we customize the text of the email confirmation?

    Also, can we customize the transaction ID# that will be sent to Authorize.net? for example adding text to the front of the ID. ex: STORE12345678

    Unless you add an auto-responder email, they do not receive an email. To add a new auto-responder, click on "Email Alerts" button on the form builder toolbar and then click on "Add New Email". Then select "Autoresponder" option, and complete the wizard.

    You can customize the emails. You can add submission ID to the emails. But you cannot customize the transaction ID.

    I made a test submission and checked our logs. The email was accepted by yahoo servers. So, it might on the spam folder on your account.
