If you are trying to reduce the padding, here is a custom CSS code you can insert, following this guide
padding: 0px 0px 0px !important;

Thanks your your help, but there still seems to be some padding around my form after injecting that CSS.
Is there something else I can do?

Please try adding this CSS code also
margin-left: -10px !important;
width: 373px !important;
padding-top: 10px !important;
Adjust the numbers as necessary.
