If I understand correctly, you want to create a FAQ system using JotForm. Is this correct?
If so, you can use JotForm to build a knowledge database (by filling up your database using a form) and you can create reports in our system to display the captured information. However, you'll need a web programming language such as ASP or PHP to interact with the database and if you want to provide search results like the software you mentioned, then you're also going to need some programming to do so.
I hope this answers your question.
