I need to cancel

    I selected to cancel my plan and the pop up window said "you plan has been scheduled to be canceled manually" (or something close to those words).

    Unfortunately, I am unclear on what that means. Do I need to do anything else in order to cancel the subscription?

    I see that your subscription is paid through PayPal. So, the subscription needs to be cancelled manually from PayPal. In order for you to cancel your Paypal Subscription:

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
