App Excel2Dropbox not updated or does up to 1 day after

I'm using the App Excel2Dropbox but booksheet but not immediately updated with new submissions, it´s updated up several hours to one day after 

is its normal? or goes wrong?

I think it should be a cronjob set to update the excel report to dropbox at regular intervals and it seems to be normal to be updated after few hours. I've integrated this app to one of the JotForms in my account. Let me run few tests with this app and get back to you on this.
