I'm Not Getting My Reply to my email when I fill out the form. They are going into Jotform when I log in but not being delivered to my email.

I checked the email notification for your form "http://www.jotform.com/43204850796156" and with the exception of there not being a sender name, your notification appears to be setup correctly:
Though even with this field blank, the email still should be sent. I checked our mail logs to make sure that they are indeed being sent from our end and it appears as though they are:
At least the most recent ones. It is possible that they may be filtered by your email provider, especially since there is no sender name. The first thing to do would be check your spam folder to see if the emails are being sent there. If not, here is our guide on how to setup email notifications to prevent bounce related issues:

I will build a new form and see if it works.

I am seeing that you currently have two email notifications setup on your form to go to the same address.
That can cause a conflict with having the email being sent to you. Please delete one of the notifications and ensure that the notification that is kept does have a Sender Name.
