    Not receiving results in an email

    I tested the form when editing the notification setting and received an email.


    I see the forms are submitted in my report.  But am not getting htem in my email in box.


    HEre is the site with the form:  http://www.drmarciaemery.com/guest_form.htm


    I have two upload file fields, is this the problem?


    Also, they are not showing up in my spam, already checked.  And gave it about 10 minutes after sending before sending htis in case there was a delay.

    I tested your form and included an upload photo in the submission
    afterwhich checked the mail logs to see if the email was sent out.

    The logs indicated that the email was sent however it was queued.
    It may take time for you to receive the email in any case you can
    use the logs above and provide it to your mail provider to find out
    what happened to the message.
