    Payment Form Inventory Count

Asked by knoxvillepridefest on September 24, 2011 at 04:45 PM

I'd like to sell tickets to an event. However, I can only sell a maximum of 250 tickets. Is there some mechanism for JotForm to keep a running total so it can cut off sales when 250 sales are reached?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately as of the moment the inventory feature is not
available. In the meantime  you would have to keep track of the
number of submissions on the submissions page then disable
the form once it reaches 250.

    To disable a form:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Preferences button
    3.  In the General Settings tab of the Preferences window, set the status to Disabled
    4.  Click Close Settings then save your form

    Hope this helps.
    Thank you for using JotForm!
