Why won't my form open?

Hi we have been using Jot Form for quite some times and have not had issues until recently. We are using a form that we duplicated and sometimes the sections will not open and stay collapsed. We have had several people contact us because the are unable to register for our program. Any help would be appreciated! We currently have it listed as always open but the form is long so we would prefer to have it open and collapse when people move to the next section.

Hello Jamie,

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I am unable to replicate the issue. The "Form Collapse" seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

Please confirm with which browser you are having issues with?

I would also suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you in getting iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
