Can submissions from a form created in one account be auto forwarded to another account?

Do you want to send your submission to some other email address as well? 

Yes it is possible to send submission to multiple email addresses. Here are the available steps to achieve your requirement:

2. You can add one new email alert in your form for every recipient email address. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

Do you want to send submissions of one form to another form as well?

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement. There is no way to automatically send submission data to multiple forms. But, you can manually import the data to any form by taking advantage of our "Import Data" app.
