Yes, that's possible. All you need to do is to add autoresponder email to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder. After someone submits to your form, he/she will receive a copy of the submission through email.
Thank you for the response. I checked out the link, but that looks like this options just sends a copy of the submission email.
I am wanting to personalize a thank you or confirmation email that is emailed to the submitter after filling out their form. Is this possible? Let me know if you need more details.
Actually, you can remove the default content which is the question and answer column/rows and add your own personalized message.
You can even add your inline styles into the HTML source of the autoresponder settings:
