    Email Notification not working all of a sudden - URGENT

    Hi there,

    Are email notifications down???? i have made any changes to me form or website for a while yet today i'm no longer receiving email notifications even test notification is not working.

    This is urgent as data like this need to be reviewed straight away.

    just received a notification from our IT Dept..it maybe due to our server rather than yours...please could you still check if this is the case?

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support. 

    There are no reported issues about the client's not receiving email notifications. I checked your email and it is not on the bounce list. You haven't reached submissions limit yet. Our logs shows that the submissions were sent. It is possible that some submissions are being sent to your spam folder, please check it as well. You might also want to add  or whitelist JotForms email (http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses).
