Please help with form submissions

    I am not receiving an email when my form is filled in and I have the Email Alert set up.

    Hi freepos,

    I do apologize that you are not receiving your email notifications.

    I checked your email address and it is not on our bounce list. Please check your spam/junk folder to see if the email has been routed to that folder.

    If you are still experiencing an issue please Whitelist JotMail IP addresses.

    I received the test email but am not receiving leads from form submissions, does that make sense?

    Hi freepos,

    I am seeing that you have two notification emails setup on your account, are you receiving the submissions email for the other email address?

    Please can you remove the current email notifications and create it once again.

    Please inform us if you need further assistance.
