Is the account overlimit?

    Hi Support,

    I uploaded a file to test a form function out and for some reason I am being told my account will be deleted on Monday?!! I deleted the file and the submission but the account is still showing that I've used my upload space up. I am not ready to upgrade this account yet. Please advise.

    Hi Maten,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, it seems that you were able to Free up your upload space and your account is not set to have any future limitation. Your account is currently up and running and not over the limit. I have cleared your form cache to refresh your form. Please try logging out and logging back in to your account. To understand more about the monthly usage and limits you can read through the guide here.
