Email notifications are not being received upon submission

Hi,
I used to get all my emails and now not sure why it would change. I did go in and set up another notification address but still nothing.
any suggestions

I understand that you're not receiving email notifications from this form, is that correct?Upon checking your notifier, I see that emails are being sent to this address: heidi.dyer@chriscotegolf.net and this address is not in our bounce list.
I went ahead and made a test submission and the notification was sent correctly.
Please check your SPAM folder and I also suggest that you ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses to avoid blockings for the notifications.
