Received notification that our JotForm acct was over quota

    We received an email that our JotForm acct was over quota and that we needed to upgrade. I don't see how we went over the quota unless it's related to the available space. How can I delete some of the d info to make space for new submissions.


    Will deleting old info make available space? I've done that but it still says we're almost over the available space.

    Looking at your account, you seem far away from a limit on a Premium Plan.

    No matter what the plan is however, removing the submissions with the uploads will release the space - make more of it available.

    This will however remove the files associated with the removed submissions and it will not be possible to restore them so it is recommended to download the files first if they are important to you.
