Upgrade to Annual using your Promo Price

Hello Saurabh,

As I understand, you are referring to the Black Friday Campaign. During the campaign, we promote a 50% discount on annual plans. However, note that a discount is available only for upsells (upper plans) in annual periods. In other words, the discount is only available if the user upgrades from the free plan to Bronze, Silver, or Gold yearly, from Bronze to Silver or Gold yearly, or from Silver to Gold yearly. As I can check, you already have a Gold Yearly subscription. Thus, the discount is not available for the existing Gold plan users.

Also, as you can check from the pricing page, you are a legacy plan user:

Our prices have been increased on August 1st. However, the prices of your current plan stay the same as long as you keep your subscription. In other words, existing subscribed users will be grandfathered which means, you will have the same price as long as you keep their subscriptions active.
