Re-enable the HIPAA compliance on my account

    please reenable the HIPPA compliance on my account. I have had my plan for years. Always been HIPPA compliance turned on someone at my office must have accidentally turned it off and now its telling me to upgrade to gold plan even tho my silver plan has had hippa compliance for years. Please help re enable Hippa compliance without me having to upgade plan. As i have always had it for years in my current account

    Hi mjevaluations,

    Unfortunately, we haven't received an update from them since I made a follow-up earlier. We may not provide you with an ETA but rest assured that as soon as the Developers lay their hands on this issue, they will have quick action on this. They might be the ones to contact you or once we receive an update from them, we will be the ones to reach out.

    We are asking for more time and understanding on this. Thank you.

    Hello mjevaluations,

    I have enabled HIPAA Compliance for Silver plan for your account. You can enable HIPAA Compliance on the Data page in your account settings.

    HIPAA Compliance is only available on the Gold plan as of October 1st. You can use HIPAA features with the Silver plan as long as you keep your subscription active.
