Hi JotForm!
We're using JotForm to create payment requests to send a a third-party processor. The processor is automated and can only read/accept PDF attachments to email. Can JotForm attach a copy of the completed form to an email?
If this cannot be done directly through JotForm, is there a workaround with Dropbox?
Thank you!

I understand that you want to send a PDF copy of submission through the email notification when your JotForm is filled. It is possible to send a link with PDF copy submission to be downloaded.
If this doesn't work, you can also integrate with DropBox that sends a PDF copy of submission to DropBox when a submission is received.
Hope this information helps. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response. We would need for the pdf to be attached to the email notification, rather than just linked within.
Is this possible?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, that's not possible in Jotform. The PDF copy of the submission would always come as a link to the notification/autoresponder emails.
Thank you!

We are glad to inform you that we have already implemented this feature. You can now attach uploaded files in your notification emails. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback.
