    Morning

I am having issues with my form that I am trying to create, if you look at Page 2, and go tot Table tennis the Calculation dont seem to be working correctly.

    What Im trying to achieve:

A competitor can pick one or two event + the lunch however, whether they pick 1, or both events the charge should only be $5.00 + the lunch $6.00 making a total of $11.00.

    What is happening.

This seems to work however when I starting unchecking the boxes the calculations dont adjust and when i unclick all of them the total amount for table tennis stays at $5.00

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Rakesh

    Hi,

I was able to see the erroneous calculation in your jotform http://www.jotform.co/form/42776844170865

Unfortunately, I think there is a huge mistake on how you created your calculations and you might need to redo most of them.

Please test my demo jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/43227558193460

Check if the calculation is according to what you had in mind.

I followed the method on this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form

Please take note that you can assign Calculation Values for some fields (i.e. Checkbox) and you can use that Calculation Value in the calculation formula.

If you open the Properties of the Checkbox field, you will see the Calculation Value option

If my demo jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/43227558193460 calculation matches what you need, I suggest you clone it also so that you can review how I created in your Form Builder.

Follow this user guide to clone

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance on this.

    Thanks.

Btw, in my demo jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/43227558193460 I also have used Condition Logic for the Calculation.

I thought I should mention this in case you miss to check that part.

    Thanks.

Thanks Jonathan for your prompt response.

I a little new with this stuff so doesn't surprise me I've made some fundamental errors.

I am just in the middle of another project and will have a look at this tonight, thanks again :)

    Thanks works perfectly!

But now i am having an issue with the sport CYCLING.  I want the form to calculate what people choose however the maximum payable amount should be $25.00.  I have entered the conditional formulas but just doesnt seem to be firing.

Also, this amount shows in the final FEES PAYABLE part of the form but doesnt calculate in the GRAND total.

    Thanks
