i cant get into settings it remains blank

    Hi,

    Were you perhaps referring to Setup & Embed in the Form Builder?

     

    OR in your My Accounts Settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

     

    as you can see on my screenshots, I have no issue getting into those 'settings'

    Please provide more details where we can check this.

    Also, you may want to try using different browser.

    It could also be a browser issue only if in case you are using IE10 or lower browser.

     

    Inform us if issue persist.
