    I paid for the monthly service but my account is over quota.

    Hello Richard,

    You seems to have upgraded your account "expressrealty2" but your form is in a different account "expressrealty". This form is currently over quota as you have received 11 SSL submissions. In free account you can only receive up to 10 SSL submissions.

    Do you want us to move form form your free account to paid one? 

    I have activated your account "expressrealty". For security reasons, please sign in to this account and then send us a message to transfer form to your paid account.  Alternatively, we can also apply your subscription payment to "expressrealty" account.

    Do get back to us on this and we will do the needful.

    Hi Richard,

    We currently do not offer phone support, only over forums or email.

    All you should do is to log into the other account (expressrealty) and ask us here to transfer the jotform for you to your other account (expressrealty2).
