I noticed that the forms we had synced to our Facebook page had been disabled. Then logged out and logged back into our Jotform account and it says the account has been deleted.
Can you please advise why this has happened and how we can restore our account?

Your account was automatically deleted by our system because you marked our email campaigns as a spam. I already informed our higher ups regarding this matter and we'll notify you if we get an update regarding your account. Apologies for the inconvenience that this might have caused you.
