    Hi Bob,

To add your own css code you may use the Inject Custom CSS.

Here's how to add your custom css:

    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on 'Setup & Embed'
    3. Choose 'Preferences'
    4. Select 'Form Styles'  and enter your own code within
the Inject Custom CSS section .

As for your second concern from what I understand you wish to have a field
appear depending on the value entered on another field?
If this is the case you can make use of the Conditional Logic feature choose
the option 'Show/Hide a form field.'

Let us know if this works for you.

    Regards,
    Mliz
