    Hello

I am a freelance designer using your Free/Starter option and work from home.

After running a routine virus scan on my laptop I came down the following morning to find that because of suspicious activity on my IP address the form that I had just embedded on a website which I'd just finished building had been disabled.

On further checking I now realise that all the forms under my account have been disabled rendering opt-in forms, enquiry forms, lead capture forms etc. on many websites built since I started using your fantastic service since 2011 also disabled.

As you can imagine this is causing significant issues which I would be grateful for your help to sort out as soon as possible.

    Many thanks,

    B.A Crawford

    Hi,

Upon checking your account and the form ID you shared. It seems that it was suspected as a spam form. The form generally ask for details with fields names 'credit' and 'debit' card, for this reason why your form and account has been temporarily been disabled.

To further assist you, may I know what the form is actually? We can re-activate your account, but I would like to request that you delete or rename the fields of your form that may mimic a Phishing form or avoid asking sensitive information regarding credit, debit or bank details.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.
