I want to change the name of these field names?

I am not clear on what is what because of the field names I have circled.... How can I change them?

Hi Scott,

You will need to edit the labels of the fields which will in turn show their names more clearly here.

To do so, just double click on the "Click to edit" and change it to something else.

Also if you are not able to see the label, then you can right click on the widget and select the Show Properties option.

Once a new window is opened, please click on "Question" field and it will allow you to edit it.
