You can also see the details of the limit or quota of your account subscription plan here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing. For the upload space of Economy, it has 100GB, it does not reset monthly. I advise that you integrate or upload submissions to Google Drive, FTP servers or Dropbox, so that you can free up your upload space here in JotForm.
