I am in the process of setting up a book club continuity program and am planning on using your forms for enrollment and payments. I want the customer to be able quit the club at any time they choose. How do I tell them they do this?

Hi,
You could setup a jotform that would be used for subscribing and un-subscribing, but that is not a functionality that is built into jotform. Instead that is usually handled by a list on some of the email campaign providers - that you can link to from your jotforms.
